Repligen has always been one of those companies where I am on the fence about. Seems the sum of their parts is worth more then their share price but I don't get the sense management is looking to maximize shareholder value in the near term (some more skeptical may say ever).
It seems they have an activist shareholder now thinking along the same lines.
