June to July of 2009 the PPS went up, peaking at 0.20 on 7-23.
In the first half of July 2010 the PPS also went up, not as drastically as in 2009, but enough to show a little bump in the chart.
2008 doesn't really fit this trend.
Wonder how high it'll go this July, and if it'll drop after July/ August; if it does I'll by more after July August; if it doesn't, guess I'll be stuck buying more at higher prices.
