I'm on my phone, but has anyone checked to see if her signature was made before the debtor removed the certificate of no objection placed earier?

I'm sure Rosey hand delivered this to her office and 'glamoured' her into signing.

Hopefully we'll see this withdrawn or changed by end of day as a mistake just as the Certificate of No Objection was done on the same day.

I'm thinking it's just more pps posturing by the debtors on behalf of JPM.

I like the "end is near" housekeeping idea personally. JMW can read these objections filed under seal. She probably has a good idea that a deal is being struck.

I'll be interested to see if JPMC or FDIC file anything. The guilty usually stay very quiet and hope everyone forgets about them.
