I've already called the company and asked quite a few questions already with this new EXTO transaction. I have old DD from another company that I know that Bayport was originally going to put their assets in, but had not done so. I just need to go back and find that DD and then make time to logically convert those thoughts over into EXTO thoughts.

With the dividend and about the LED piece previously announced, I had that same question. The company told me that it was mutually agreed upon by both parties to cancel the dividend and anything else that Shats had organize. They felt it better for them to go their separate ways with what their goals were for achieving and in the best interest of shareholders to be done as such. From the last paragraph in the PR today...
