Valcent announced taking Verticrop to the UK in December 2008. Fane took the CEO position in Dec 2010.
Facts are facts: UK had 2 years at the helm.
Did some good things, including keeping the company alive, doing some research, getting the Zoo up, etc.
Had some negatives, including running up more debt, not having a sale, wasting money on products like Tomorrow Garden, etc.
Bottom line: UK succeeded at research, failed at revenue.
Fane, Ng and Institute B has been leading the company for less than 7 months. In comparison to the UK, that means Canada has 17 more months to prove they are the right team for commercialization.
Sour grapes from UK about how they are being wronged, if true, is whimpy, unjustified and unrealistic in this whithering global economy.
Valcent's research days are done. The company either succeeds at commercialization with Vertidrop or it is cooked, done, finished, BKed.
Often in companies, the personnel capable of developing a new product are not the same as those who are needed to commercialize.
These are the facts.
