Facts are facts: the UK has not execuited one sale, even though they had complete control of the entire operation since the shift from El Paso and Kertz, and had significant input even before they took complete control.

Facts are Facts: from what I can tell from a complete outsider, it appears Valcent may likey have filed for BK until the CEO, COO and Institute B came on board, which allowed them to restructure and/or pay off significant debt.

Facts are facts: To the saviors go the spoils, right or wrong, moral or immoral. And when the leadership shifted to western Canada, it became very clear that EVERYONE else would have to prove their salt and get onboard or depart.

As far as lawsuits, they are common. Time will tell whether any of them have any merit whatsoever or if it is just sour grapes.

BTW, for the record, as of this morning, Chris Bradford is still listed on the company website.
