if the irs gets involved he will be up the creek without a paddle, if he spent investors money on personal items and didn't report it that would be evading taxes. if he's able to reclaim and file with the irs penalties and 25% of the dollar to the irs. lets not foreget his sister, daughter, son inlaw who knows how many others were involved in this ponzi scam. what a shame these creeps keep opening up shop.
i hope someone emails the judge about the shells being potential assetts, the judge would put and emediate freeze on these shells. it really doesn't matter to me because i figure i already lost all my money in tsrr, that was obvious as soon as i learned ed vakser took it over.
vakser is a low level crawling creature, preys on the unsuspecting. comes off being such a nice guy and that he strongly will suggest to the board to do a 100 for 1 reverse split on tsrr. as soon as he reverses it who would possibly trust him, that's his mo reverse and then dump as fast as he possibly can.
will he go to jail, probably not. he's not a high profile target like martha stewart, the sec looks the other way on these pumps and dumps. the only reason they shut him down for 10 days was because people complained and his financials looked like a third grader put them together. take a look at urban casavant, he still runs free in canada with millions of dollars of share holders money. he's not allwoed to be involved with public companies any more..big deal!
