The FDA decision did by changing the climate for distributors who now have FDA green light to go large on distribution.

Prior to that announcement this issue was operating in a grey market, the stock carried a CE with OTCmarkets.com, and then shortly after the FDA decision came the Hop-On announcement of a major east coast distributor that was likely waiting for the outcome of the court hearing before proceeding, and the stock gained current tier status.

Enter Charlie Sheen into the Ecig biz and everything has changed!

FDA decision changes EVERYHING. instead of being regulated as a drug delivery device, it's regulated as a tobacco product just like cigarettes. Makes it MUCH easier to sell, less restrictions. that's a fact.

actually the news was huge because it was hard to import the vapor cigs, once they lifted it then they were able to pass through customs much easier. I have first hand experience
