the reality is the SEC *allows* companies
to come public via reverse mergers .. which
is exactly what happened with expo holdings

now this is where i want to read what jerry's
*thoughts* and dd have lead him to

so on the one hand mgmt is deviously clever and
on the other .. not so

well that certainly clears bits up .. :)
