"Consultants" are used by failing private entities for one reason......these "consultants" teach scamming mgmt how to access capital by selling and issuing shares...it involves false and misleading PR's....to which JD was part of....do you truly believe JD hired Bongiovanni as a consultant ..believing Bongiovanni would help JD grow his display business?
