"In error"?!!? Seriously? Any explanation why they have not taken steps in the past months to correct this so-called "error"?

They can't find the 15 minutes to fill out the form?

They don't want to dilute another 500,000 shares to pay for the filing?

Good to see the company moving forward and work increasing

And these conclusions were reached by the company PR announcement earlier in 2011 of a 25% reduction in Expo's labor force or by the more recent Expo Holdings company shareholder update stating that 2011 year over revenues had fallen nearly 30% in comparison to June 2010, LMAO? All IMHO.
