HNSS isn't becoming private. There isn't anything to suggest that it is besides Google, which I never use for my DD. There may have been a change within HNSS where insiders can no longer buy or sell HNSS stock, but there is no reason to believe that HNSS is or will ever become private. The PRs are the most important thing to look at. HNSS explicitly stated that a publicly-traded company was in negotiations with HNSS.
