Cos look at it this way. If is doesn't we are toast. if it does we will see what happens. Either way QASP is dead with no money or ways to get money without a lot more dilution. Far as I know we will eventually be offer way into centacom if you owned as of May 18. That still goes once things decided with this fight with Joe in court. Time will tell but as I said QASP as no way to make a future for current shareholders.
