I thought there was a big ta-do about how Karl Malone was never a director of the company. It was offered but turned down. Didn't that actually appear in an Expo PR to back up certain points of view? Interesting his name has both "Director" and "Beneficial Owner" checked on that Form D. Wonder if this will prompt a new round of "NV SOS impossible to correct" blather from the company?
and not surprisingly *discussed* via numerous posts .. back in 2009
as was noted then ~ the *non* deviously smart current mgmt was prone to making mistakes
that wasn't me posting that .. but those gushing fawning posts ad nauseam ~ highlighting the co.s credit worthiness and the attributes of so. comm and crestmark and wachovia
and fyi kendrick was an approximate 2 percent investor in expo not 10 percent .. which of course was indeed corrected via subsequent uploads
again this is public info .. that anyone can contact mgmt and ask the particulars on .. kendrick was an original investor along with KM in the co. b4 they came public via a R/M into a shell that was on the grays .. while waiting for their MM <15c-211>
the co. didn't trade on the OTC <pks> until june 2007
of course KM was a beneficial owner back then .. based on the SS .. today <having never sold one share either> he no longer meets that threshold .. kendrick never did *then* .. suspect if he's the new ceo .. he holds both restricted common .. common bought on the open market b4 his BOD appointment was PR'd last aug and pref'd shares
for anyone with actual interest .. mgmt will also discuss the conversion rate .. btw .. imo there are pref'd shares issued .. i suspect to the new ceo
imo it is SOP to have pref'd shares as it's a *CONTROL* issue .. some call it the poison pill
what is rather remarkable is without those gushing fawning posts en masse of 2009 and *wash trading* not running 40M shares per day like it did in the summer of 2009 .. exph has clearly bottomed and is consolidating ..
which suits me fine there is zero reason for *volume* until mgmt delivers T SQUARED transparency and ceo's transition
