Sounds like essentially they are saying the shareholders get nothing from the recent sale of assets. But what it leaves out is that commons are still viable because the company still operates with the other spectrum and I havent read anything that leads me to believe that commons get canceled so with that said I would guess are shares are worth more than 2.5 cents each.
These are shareholders of Terrestar Networks(not publicly traded) which is owned 89% by Motient.Which in return is fully owned 100% by Terrestar Corp which is publicly traded as TRSTQ. Again it does not matter what happens to Terrestar Networks stock as it is not traded on an exchange.
