Nice to know the timeframe for things. I couldn't find much on what is the actual polymer or size of the nanoparticle they're using. You mentioned "PEG" so I'm guessing they have something similar to what's described in this Korean paper. Unfortunately my library (University of Chicago) doesn't have online access to it.

Here is another paper providing good overview of polymeric micelles for drug delivery, which NNVC says always could be an additional possibility for their technology, to have a drug delivery in the core, in addition to the micelle which binds to the viral protein, folds over the viral surface, and appears to effectively inactivate / hide the virus. Where the nanoparticle goes in the body depends on the size of the particle, which makes sense.

I assume this is an orally delivered compound, not an injection?

The Scully Ebola poster mentioned the compounds have "some toxicity associated with higher concentrations..." but this is pretty vague, and you can't really see any numbers on their graphs.

I guess I'll just have to wait for the tox studies and Phase I results. But I'll keep looking.
