if it is all about TA, 0.29-0.30 is a ceiling and many are refusing to buy at the high unless it is at 0.25 or below.

but to some they are refusing to get in unless it trades above 0.30 which would produce a buy signal.

that is why you get to a point where both parties are unwilling to commit unless pps shows its hands either direction.

my feeling is pretty good that once we begin to trade regularly above 0.30, interest will slowly pick up again
