I'm not defending the CEO. I'm pointing out that regardless of his history, intentions, skills, greed, etc., the stock is still in the control of the MM's. There are still perfectly acceptable trades available for those who wish to throw a little at the stock here at the bottom. If the potential losses are within the trader's plan, then it can be a reasonable trade. If the company goes out of business then the losses incured better be within the acceptable loss category. On the other hand, the pps could rise enough for decent profits, which should also be taken according to a sound trading plan. Other traders may wish to stay away - also a reasonable stance.
