Lowtrade, thank you for the welcome. My broker is a Scottrade so yes theyt are a market maker; I beleive NITE if I am not mistaken.

That was a very interesting read regarding the 2 levels of order books on the OTC market. This clears a lot of questions I have had watching time and sales and L2.
