OMG. That's a definite keeper. It may be the real reason the SEC decided to suspend the stock.

GVRP: Files amendment May 25th with Florida Secretary of State / Increases capital stock authorized to 250 Trillion shares

Article IV of the Corporation's Articles of Incorporation is hereby deleted in its entirety, and replaced with the following:
4.1 The capital stock of this corporation shall consist of Two Hundred Fifty Trillion (250,000,000,000,000) shares of common stock, no par value. Effective date: May 20, 2005. Signed by Robert W Pearce.

It's one thing to authorize it .. but

are they putting out tons of new shares ? Probably. We have them 'unlimited authorization' but we don't get up into the TRILLIONS issued. What kind of an absurdity is this deal ? A supreme joke.
