"Hello Mike -
Our financial reports for 2010 year-end and first quarter 2011 are expected to be completed this weekend and we have paid engagement fees to our auditors to commence the audit next week, which is generally about a four week process. When completed in early August, our 2010 10K and 2011 10Q will be filed and the company will then be current on its SEC filings. Following our SEC filings and the launch of Internet sales in August, we will secure a new market maker to represent and sponsor SMKY for its 15C211 filing to get moved back to the OCTBB and from there as soon as we qualify, we'll move to the AMEX.
