Fence - this is a way old idea. Not a good idea, but some people are afraid to take their good stuff with them when they go on vacation for some reason. I'm not sure why that is, but for those people, one doesn't need to risk doing business with HPNN, which has a horrible track record - who would want to give a credit card number to them?
