#1943 RE: brainlessone #1941

brainless, I didn't say we have to educate our kids in Osama ideology, or teach them to tolerate the way Osama thinks. But Osama is a political movement hiding behind a religious one. You can and should teach your kids that various political factions can, and will seek to control.

My question was more regarding the burqa lady in American society, where there is supposed to be tolerance, where all have certain rights. But who befriends, or hires (etc) people of that culture? Believe me, brain, it won't be me because that whole thing scares me, honestly. And I think the burqa stands for something that is not particularly good. But what do I know?

Lastly, concerning diversity, and tolerance. I think diversity enriches our lives. I like knowing lots of different people. How boring is it if we are all the same? We should appreciate different traditions, because that is also enriching, and it's healthy for humanity. Osama's tradition is one of hate - hate is hate.
