HENDERSON, Nev., July 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Evader, Inc. (Pink Sheets: EVDR; www.evadercorp.com) management announces, that the share buyback from majority shareholder has been successfully finalized.
EVDR management reduced the number of outstanding shares by more than 529 million (529,595,313) shares. This purchase and share reduction sets the new outstanding shares at approximately 436 million. The authorized shares remain undisturbed at 988 million.
