JMO, negotiation could ended with a GIVE & TAKE for both sides and going win-win situation...The recent articles had been spinning negativity too much. This project had been in the progress for few years and all approval(NHSEC/PPA PUC) done, just last hurdle (SC appeal) by the ipps. I guess everybody wants a WIN for the Biomass sector....
