I like the parts on page 9 ,10, and 11 that state what Thomas agreed to....It basically states that Fuentes was the one who dragged TS into this scheme. A bit foolish perhaps, but no scam artist. I also like the part at the end that says it was "halted by law enforcement before it resulted in actual losses to any victims". Zero loss, zero liability IMO just like it says in the first footnote.
These documents being dated when they were also leads me to believe that TS has already been working with the feds and providing them everything they needed for the last month at least due to the plea agreement. Do any of you really think that he tapped an agent on the shoulder and said "look the other way while I sell all these resritcted shares" Hardly IMO.
I also think that the plea in this case will expedite the SEC case as well so any looking for long drawn out expensive court battles might not get one here. TS might go down but this ship just might sail again......
Now if I could only get a grip on this DTC thing.....
anyway, thanks again for pointing this out hurtzz. When I initially searched the documents I was entering in the company name and not the individuals. The company is not named in the criminal case so I missed it.
