I grabbed some @ .59 a few days ago.
Normally I would've sold a stock with a 35% move like INO...
but I read the news about this company and I do believe this could potentially be a HUGE longer term play, so I shall be hanging on for the ride.

I'm just concerned about insiders MARXE & JEFFERSON dumping shares - Yahoo shows they have 20 Million.
