They are raising money via a private placement. These are supposed to be restricted shares. The first round was for $1M on 2/28/2011. On 6/28 that will be 6 months and the 1M shares will most likely become free trading. I doubt this investor is putting out the tout sheet. It has to be some with more than a measly million to dump.
