The war may well be booked but it looks like it will be delayed. I was expecting February but it does not look like they have enough troops in place to invade Iraq. I think they need at least 300K troops to be on the safe side and its looks like there are only about 50 K troops based so far.
One theory has it that they will lay seige to Baghdad rather than take heavy casualties in street fighting. They seal off Baghdad and interdict all traffic to and from.
