HPGS and Huber are both extremely pregnant on the deal. Employees have transitioned, as well as well monitoring software. Neither party can afford to have the deal go south at this point. For those of you criticizing the delays in closing, have obviously not been party to a transaction of this size and magnitude. It is frustrating for all involved, but believe, this deal will happen at some point.
