Yes, i looked at what they are calling audited financials statements and there is an audit opinion attached to some internal numbers that someone type "audited" on. Very amateurish.
Again, if you assume the financials are correct, the FACT remains that they did not have any A/R at 12/31/10. It looks like a new company set up at 12/31/10.
I keep hoping this is not a scam, but red flags keep popping up. Calling these statements audited is nothing short than a flat out lie. And that's the straw that has broken the camel's back.
