I put the hunting license and working agressively with TW in the same thought, not 2 different ones...the hunting license has been in place for a while....at least a couple of years...and the deal there is that Frank needed to sell the idea to each of TWC's units that he wanted carriage on...the hunting license as described to me by TWC was just that, a license to approach the individual units and try to convince them to carry Q. The person also explained to me that not all areas of TWC would be interested in Q, translated it would only be sales pitched to the ones that made sense...
again, the hunting license and working with TWC are the same thing IMO
