well TW and TWC are 2 different businesses, one the subsidiary of the other (TW parent, TWC subsidiary)....

there has been for a while talk of TWC spinning off

now....are you talking TW? or TWC?

and at any rate do either of these have a history of buying other companies? I'm looking for discussion on this one....
