What do you call "Modified Amended 6th" plan?

The calendar is here:

It is the first day of the confirmation of the current plan.

The debtors have called the current POR "Modified Sixth Amended Joint Plan of Affiliated Debtors Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code "

(It's the 6th plan, which has been Amended, and then modified...)

So, if you want to shorten that to POR6, 6.5 or whatever, that's all semantics.

There never had been a PORv7 published. This was the short-hand used to describe the potential agreements between the SNHs and the Debtors and the EC that may have resulted in a new plan. That did not materialize, and we're back to where we started -- POR6... Or 6.5, or however you want to reference it.
