True but i wanted to try it just as it is without anything and let me tell you it ROCKS! I will do the other bag at room temp with crackers and cheese as you suggested. I have two packages of the Riblets also i will be doing tomorrow on the grill! Thanks for the tip and have a great July 4th weekend!
