Contrary to what Joe C states , I dont believe MS Legally owes anything to Q. Options are Options and unless he can produce paperwork that shows equity with out continued funding, "QASP is TOAST". For that matter neither does N/Centa. If N/Centa decides to give some value, great for Q , but they dont owe anything.
What responsibilities they had to Q ended when the Faux BOD and Deans boy rejected the offer. I think they wanted to help but that train has left the building.If Q SH want charity, Call Obama.

Dont get me wrong , I feel for the SH stuck but Joe C is telling everyone that he is out to get his $$ first , then dilute to make more $$, refuses to think Dean did anything wrong and activley partners with him. Take him at his word he does not care about you.
He may not admit to being a crook, may not be officially a crook, but he sure associates with them and wears the the same uniform.
If someone wants N shares, buy them at the next dip, there will be opportunities.
PS. I would bet Joe C has some N shares already...he probably bought them at .045 and is flipping to make profit and manipulate a bit himself. It does not take much to move the stock at these levels. If he can harm N ( even psychologically) and make a $$ he will.
