I swapped most of my Q shares for cash awhile ago. Then I invested it in NHSH. I've flipped in and out of NHSH several times and it has worked out very well for me.
I suggest that anybody who is waiting on a Q share swap, should just swap for cash and get back to investing and making money!
There won't be a share swap until they settle who controls QASP. That will determine how it will be done. It will be much easier and less expensive if Judge rules Jeff is CEO of QASP and Joe's attempt and votes are not valid. I sure hope judge gets Joe has no valid claims to have removed Jeff. It sure will make it easy to do share exchange or even go back to merging as easier way. We just have to wait and see how judge rules. AT least won't change date we had to own QASP by for exchange that still is May 18.
