"Welcome respite from the litany of mgmt's ineptitude"???? Really?? It baffles me that you'd take THIS moment to make that comment when mojo's and CJ's discussion is ABOUT mgmt's ineptitude! The Signal Seeking trial design that they want to compare to Avastin (SOC) isn't even an apples to apples trial design! As mojo states:
PPHM didn't use the “standard” platin-based chemotherapy regimen for the bavi trial. They enrolled patients with squamous-cell cancer. The percentage of good ECOG performance status patients was far less than the avastin trial. PPHM, please stop comparing the the bavi results to this avastin trial!
IMO this is the very definition of inept!!! Do competitors and the scientific community laugh at them? I only hope these differences from the Avastin trial have been rectified in the Phase 2b 2nd line trial! I assume since Garnick designed it there won't be these differences. Though this is something I'd like to hear explained on a CC tho I guess too late for that!
