The trend is your friend... I dont see the weekend having any effect on this... If we get EOD action people will want in before the gap and run Tuesday.. :)
6/30/11 - Failed Pump Makes Xinde Technology (WTFS. OB) Perfect Here's a really quick post today because I don't have a lot of time.
Xinde Technology (WTFS.OB) is my latest perfect stock selection. On 4/14/11, this Chinese company did a 4-1 forward split. It appears they needed to unload some shares, so about two weeks ago, they initiated a $750K promotion in hopes of minimizing the slide in share price. See link below for the promotional literature:
Well, the pump failed and the share price has cratered from .80 to .08 in the last two weeks. The bullet points below are why I think WTFS.OB is now perfect:
The company still makes well over $100M annually in revenue As of 6/29/11 the company has a PE of 1, which makes it attractive fundamentally Many Chinese stocks have been bouncing recently after being hammered by the market the past 3-6 months Its chart appears to be bottoming The short interest in the stock is increasing, which fuels bounces as shorters cover
The morning of 6/30/11, WTFS.OB sits at $0.118. There is a chance that the stock retests the .09 area and could possibly go lower. However, I think at these levels, the upside greatly outweighs the risk. I'm putting a target of $0.25 on the stock to be reached at some point in the next 2-3 weeks. Xinde Technology (WTFS.OB) is the next perfect stock.

GGRI looks like a monster. The pumpers look like they know what they are doing with that one. .20's are probably coming soon.
The dumping in WTFS seems to be subsiding after this morning. The overall chart is starting to remind me of SDTH's. June 30, 2011 10:28 AM Owen said...
It's nice to hear you say that Card, per GGRI.
I'm in.
I wish I had the acuity that you seem to have for ascertaining that they "know what they're doing."
Could you give me a tip as to the makings of such an inference? June 30, 2011 11:36 AM Card said...
Owen, I gather a lot of information from charts. Look at GGRI's 3day 5min candlestick chart and review the overall line trend. GGRI is clearly in consolidation mode. The early pop and tank this morning were just "noise" in the overall trend line. A 2-5 day period of consolidation can provide great support for the next big move. If that 14-15 cent area gets breached, load up. June 30, 2011 11:49 AM Owen said...
lol, I'm already loaded.
Still tryin' to figure out how to even organize/look at my charts on TOS. June 30, 2011 11:57 AM Owen said...
Sure has been a quiet afternoon ever since that pop this morning. Sorta makin' me nervous.
Still the same sentiment as earlier? June 30, 2011 1:41 PM Card said...
Owen, consolidation is never bad in a stock that just moved 100%. GGRI still looks great.
WTFS is starting to look really good. It doesn't matter if the stock finishes red or green as long as those sub .10's are left behind. June 30, 2011 2:03 PM Owen said...
You're right. I'm being impatient. GGRI has in fact looked real strong throughout the day. Will be great if this results in another leg.
I will definitely be keeping an eye out for this WTFS move you're predicting. June 30, 2011 3:19 PM Owen said...
$GGRI... Wow, that was fun. Tomorrow is gonna be VERY interesting.
Thank you for your help Card. June 30, 2011 4:15 PM Card said...
WTFS still appears to be unloading shares. Unfortunately, it tested the 9's again as I mentioned in the post. The volume is just too high right now. A couple of days more and the volume should dry out. At that point it should start to definitively move higher.
GGRI had a great day. Ridiculous volume. Chart looks ready to make another big move. June 30, 2011 4:40 PM Owen said...
Hmm.. I had not noticed that $GGRI had plummeted from a dollar a couple months ago.
Was it pumped before?
Should we consider this a re-pump? Perhaps lower our expectations?
Prior to discovering this, I've had a feeling we might be in for something big here. Apparently the promo budget is MULTI-million, and the web site is STELLAR (remember LEXG's flashy promo vid?).
But if this thing has already blown before, now I'm unsure. July 1, 2011 10:37 AM Card said...
Owen, GGRI did a forward split. That's why the price dropped. It was initially going to get pumped a week before it did, but was postponed (at least that was the rumor).
WTFS is crazy. So far it's just had short covering pops where the gains are good for less than a hour. The volume does seem to be dropping some though, which is great sign. The true buy signal will be a slow churn higher and not the quick pops. July 1, 2011 1:40 PM
