the news of ruby closing is baked in....We all know that its about to close.......


This is setting up to a "Sell the news scenario"


I disagree, many will feel that this really is the "real deal" once escrow closes and will buy the news of it. At the moment i think there is a fair amount of uncertaintity as to whether it will close within the time frame announced, hence no volume, holders afraid to sell, buyers afraid to buy.
