who are hit multiple times over by the
stupidity of the SEC and their one size
fits all BS .. implemented over the last decade

i lobby for exph to go private every time
i talk to mgmt .. i'm a minor shareholder
compared to some .. but as an actual investor
vs. a crook illegally manipulating their stock
my desire is for the co. to still be in business

5 and 10 years down the road .. what a concept in US these days
