But if it was gtc wouldn't it have picked up a hair lower along with the other couple buys at 4.03 just before that?

And there were a few at 4.00 right before that as well, I would think a gtc buy at 4.04 would have got some of those as well. Seems like a dark pool sized trade, that's the largest I've seen. We had a 10000 and 25000 a week or so ago.
