First of all, if a person points out a problem with the company, that's fine! If the same person points it out again - that's fine. After it is pointed out, in almost exactly the same terms, more than two dozen times by the same person - what would you call it?

Management is allowed to fail over and over again, lie, mislead, mirepesent over and over again, but us shareholders better not keep complaining about it!!!

If you don't learn from history nvei will keep giving you lessons.

Shazz, I hope you dont mind me chiming in here just one more time on this current topic. You make some good points, however the only problem I had with your post is that you say you dont like incessant postings, yet I never see you show aggression towards posters who post positive things over and over and over, using almost the same wording. Furthermore, the thing about those posters that is often worse is that their repetition is mainly of false information as opposed to the bashers who may also post repetitively albeit accurate.

One perfect example is a poster over here (I wont mention his name) that was constantly posting about Embarq being implemented in the upcoming MS Xbox. You didnt react, complain or communicate about his behavior.

Anyway, I dont want to keep this going on and on - have a great long weekend there in the US (whatever the occasion may be).

On the contrary. I think I hit the nail right on the head. You are trying to protect your investment by keeping the truth from being told.

I think any new investor (of which you and I are not one of) deserves a chance to try their hand, just like we did, and hopefully make a little money in the process.

I think new investors should also be able to hear the facts about this company - which you apparently would seek to deny them. Cosmo makes a good point. How many times have we seen posts about financing coming soon? Not once have you admonished those posters for repeating themselves. You only attack those who post the hard, undeniable and potentially damaging truth. Yup. I'm not off base at all. I get it.

The MSFT comment you quoted was directed to the addressee I responded to, as part of an ongoing discussion - both private and public - so you're barking at something you know nothing about there.

I can't comment about the private conversations, but I read what was posted publicly. Once again, the apologists try to use some twisted logic and hand waving to dismiss NVEI's failures based on setbacks experienced by multi-billion dollar companies. I still laugh at that. It is ridiculous beyond comprehension.

I have never asked anyone to "be quiet" about the truth. It just gets a little sickening to keep hearing from the "chicken littles" over and over again like a broken record.

Uhh, yeah you did, just not in those words. I am curious, though, about why you complain about hearing from the "chicken littles" over and over again, yet it seems that you devote a large portion of your life to this board. If it bothers you so much, why do you keep reading?

I think you owe excel an apology after calling him names after you failed at calling him out. You were wrong and repeatedly bashed him with information that was clearly mistaken, even after I showed you the proper securities regulations. Someone could construe the information you posted as misleading investors, once again, just as you accused him.

Step up and take some accountability for once.
