I fully agree. I also believe that the suspension of LLEG is just one of many errors made by the SEC which inevitably cause more harm than good.

It's also quite possible that LLEG was caught up in the SEC's attempt to secure more funding by trying to demonstrate it's "effectiveness" with big batches of suspensions.
