Hi Larry, I posted the INVN article because it is easy to miss on CBS Marketwatch. I thought it worthy of posting to the thread inasmuch as INVN has been played here before, essentially on news, and the current publicity could give it a pop.
Of course you are correct in pointing out the current one-trick pony nature of INVN, and over the long term any investor should have concern given the narrowness of INVN's product line, but the present build-out for equipping airports is not done, and there could (my speculation) be other related applications in screening packages for air freight and other modes of transport.
As the article mentioned, service revenues will increase. If I was likening INVN to any company discussed on this thread, CYMI comes to mind, in that they have a narrow product line, and they must obsolete their own products to advance their business -- but I'm sure Zeev could give much better insight into that.
My posting of the article without commentary was deliberate. You certainly have raised a good point about narrowly focused technology companies when one is looking at them for more than trading opportunities.
