A letter of credit is not cash in hand.
#1 they don't have a deal yet with Modern Coal until they get $25 million dollars
#2 they don't have $25 million dollars until the fake $100 million comes from the fake and long ago expired financing agreement with LB Tim Co Ltd closes.
#3 they don't have any coal from Samuel Coal until they pay them $7.5 million dollars
#4 the letter of credit doesn't become cash in hand until the contract with the unnamed international coal purchaser closes which can't happen until GLER gets the coal from Samuel Coal which requires numbers 1 - 3 to happen
This is what makes GLER a scam. They and others are intentionally misleading investors and I believe you are smart enough to know the difference and to understand these filings which is why reading your posts is so disappointing to me.
