You make an important point about competitor's watching NVSR.

Mergers also happen to gain marketshare and/or technology. Again, NVSR is a prime candidate. But depending on tech and sales growth, NVSR could be the acquiror, not the acquiree!!

Are the other competitors publicly traded like NVSR?
