great point gmc....I know there won't be any convertible feature, but I've never ruled out some sort of equity issuance, but I have confidence that IF equity is involved management will take the necessary steps to protect current shareholder value in a manner that makes the Loan investment attractive for the lender, but also makes the current and future shareholder value increase.

Many highly successful businesses started out with large seed money debt. Starting out with so much debt isn't a death sentence, far from it, when you have a quality product with such high demand, coupled with legislation demands. If you think about it, they are able to get this company off the ground using someone else's money without the burden of having to raise the capital first. There's nothing wrong with this business model as it's proven to work quite well for so many businesses in the past, as has been evidenced by the mere fact that lending institutions STILL lend out large sums of money to those whom they feel have what it takes. If we get this financing, it will be one more HUGE vote of confidence.
