Terror and Terrorist are such bad terms. I much prefer the distinction that focuses on Crimes Against Humanity. Killing innocent people whether through hijacking planes, starvation by so called accident, covertly or overtly, in your local high school, hanging them because of their race or creed, carpet bombing them as in Cambodia, Stalins Gulog, Hitlers Camps, you name it, those are all Crimes Against Humanity, and there are many more.
