Sorry but Chris and Sid should stop playing games. They've had 10 months to get this deal finalized.

This isn't GM. It's a small toy company and Chris can't get it completed and file an 8-K. Sad and humorous at the same time.

I wish you longs luck. I'll look to buy back when I see an 8-K.
